Maria Perlt-Gärtner

The Berlin-born singer completed her studies at the Dresden College of Music, where she was awarded the Saxon State Scholarship from the Studentenwerk Dresden in 2013t. In 2010, Maria Perlt won the Interpretation Prize for the puppet Olympia in The Tales of Hoffmann as part of the OperOderSpree international opera course. In addition to soloist parts in concerts held by the Sächsisches Vocalensemble, the Dresdner Kreuzchor boys' choir and the Singakademie Dresden, she was also booked for the Wernigeröder Schlossfestspiele festival in 2008 and at Munich's Kammeroper in 2012/13. From 2013 to 2015, she was a member of the company at the Stadttheater Pforzheim, where her parts included Oscar (Un ballo inmaschera), Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail) (The Abduction from the Seraglio) and Olympia. Maria Perlt has been a company member at the State Operetta since March 2015. She has sung Adele, Queen of the Night, Schwanhilde and Cunegonde, and in January 2016 received the Young Talent Award from the Förderforum der Staatsoperette Dresden e. V.
